Yes — this is a RigReady Pro feature called the collaborative checklist. When two or more signed-in Pro users open the Checklist tab, their check-offs sync in real time across all devices (internet required). One person can work through the outside walkthrough while another handles the inside — items checked on either device appear instantly on both. Look for the green 🟢 Live — Collaborative sync on banner at the top of the checklist when it's active.
Every tab in RigReady has a ? button in the top-right corner. Tapping it opens a full-screen help guide for that specific tab — explaining what each field means, how to interpret color-coded status (GO / CAUTION / OVER LIMIT), what to do when a value is red, and common troubleshooting fixes. No internet connection required.
Go to the Report tab and enter your destination, driver name, and any notes. Tap Generate Report to create a branded PDF that includes your RV specs, per-axle weights, tire pressures, dimension warnings, and a liability disclaimer. The file is named automatically (e.g. RigReady_Yellowstone_2026-07-04.pdf) and you can share it via email, save it to Files, or send it to your dealer or co-pilot.
The Account tab shows your personal dashboard: number of RVs in your garage, total trips logged, your current plan (Free or Pro), member-since date, and your account email. Pro subscribers can tap Manage or cancel subscription to go directly to App Store or Google Play settings. There is also a self-service Delete my account option in the Danger Zone section.
There are several options for getting certified weight readings:
Certified truck scales — found at most truck stops across North America. They provide per-axle and per-corner weight tickets. CAT Scale is one well-known network; many independent truck stops have certified scales as well.
RV weighing events — organizations like RVSEF (RV Safety & Education Foundation) and many RV rallies offer on-site corner weighing with trained staff.
Portable axle scales — brands like Intercomp let you weigh at home by placing pads under each tire individually.
Whichever method you use, weigh fully loaded — full fresh water tank, full fuel, all passengers and gear on board exactly as you travel.

AI-generated specs are a starting point only. Always verify GVWR, GAWR, and tire specs against your RV's door placard (usually on the driver's side door jamb) and owner's manual. Use the placard scanner feature to photograph the actual sticker for the most accurate data.
Tap the "Scan placard" button in the Garage edit screen next to any section. Point your camera at the placard — good lighting and a steady hand give the best results. The AI reads the visible text and extracts GVWR, GAWR, tire size, and cold PSI. Review the results before tapping "Apply to form" — always verify against the physical label.
GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) is the maximum weight each axle is designed to carry, set by the manufacturer. Exceeding it stresses the axle, tires, brakes, and suspension — and can cause a catastrophic failure at highway speed. RigReady compares your actual axle loads to GAWR and flags any overloads.
The stability check compares your trailer length to your tow vehicle's wheelbase using an industry guideline: a 110" wheelbase can safely handle a 20 ft trailer, with each additional 4" of wheelbase allowing 1 more foot of trailer. Enter your tow vehicle's wheelbase (in inches) in Garage → Tow vehicle specs to enable this check.
No. All features work fully offline without an account. A free account adds cloud backup and cross-device sync — your garage and trip history are available on any device you sign in to.
You can delete your account directly in the app — no email required. Go to the Account tab, scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete my account. You'll be asked to confirm twice. This immediately deletes all your cloud data and signs you out. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
