1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the RigReady application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
RigReady LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
3. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RigReady LLC does not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI-generated specifications are accurate for your specific vehicle
- Placard scan results are complete or error-free
- Weight and pressure calculations are sufficient to ensure safety
All weight ratings, pressure values, and safety thresholds displayed in the App are informational aids based on data you enter. They do not replace certified weighing equipment, manufacturer specifications, or professional inspection.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIGREADY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RIGREADY LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.
5. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of data you enter into the App
- Verifying all safety-critical values against your RV's door placard and owner's manual
- Compliance with all applicable laws regarding vehicle weight limits and towing
- Your own safety and the safety of others while operating your vehicle
6. Account terms
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rigready.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Purchases
The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy. RigReady LLC does not process refunds directly.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by RigReady LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The RigReady name and logo are trademarks of RigReady LLC.
9. Third-party services
The App integrates third-party services including Supabase, Anthropic Claude, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you violate any provision. RigReady LLC may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the principal place of business of RigReady LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
